Marriott Property Equity Fund open for new investments

Marriott has announced that their Marriott Property Equity Fund is open for new investments. The fund was last open for new investments in July 2003. The fund has been opened as a result of a reduction in exposure to property in some of the Marriott funds in the light of an expected rise in interest rates.

According to a statement from Marriott, these changes will not affect the income produced by the fund.
