Arno is the chief investment officer of Atlantic Asset Management, a company that he co-founded in 2007. Atlantic is a dedicated fixed income asset management house and aims to provide leading-edge income solutions to its clients through either collective investment funds or segregated mandates.

Previously he was Head of Fixed Interest at OMAM (now OMIGSA) for five years and prior to that Head of Fixed Interest at Coronation Asset Management.
