Fund Overview

Objective: To outperform the US 5-year risk free rate (as measured by the benchmark) over a rolling 12 month period.

Benchmark: Salomon Smith Barney 5 year US Government Bond Index

Universe: The RMB Conservative Fund of Funds have a maximum of 100% and minimum of 75% allocation to fixed-interest funds (including cash) and a maximum allocation of 25% allocation to equity funds.

Fund strategy: The fund's objective will be achieved by seeking opportunities in the different asset classes that offer the potential to generate absolute returns, with a lower correlation to the underlying markets than a typical International Balanced Fund of Funds. The fund will consist of a balanced portfolio of international fixed- interest, cash and equity funds (including listed property funds) and some local cash. This fund is rand denominated, meaning that the investor need not go through exchange control regulations.

Other: This fund is currently open to new investments. Please note that the fund does not accept debit order investments. /b>
