Fund Overview

Objective: The fund's primary objective is to provide growth of capital and a growing income source over the medium to long term for unitholders.

Benchmark: The weighted average FTSE/JSE Property Unit Trust Index (PUT) & FTSE/JSE Property Loan Stock Index (PLS).

Universe: The fundmanager of this fund will invest in financially sound property equity and property related securities listed on recognised stock exchanges. Exposure to fixed interest securities is limited to 30%. The portfolio may not have any direct or indirect foreign exposure.
