Fund Overview

Objective: The funds objective is to outperform its benchmark and to provide moderate risk long term investors the opportunity for capital growth and income, through exposure to listed property securities.

Benchmark: JSE/ SA Listed Property Index

Investment Universe: Predominantly domestic listed property and liquid assets.

Fund Strategy: The fund manager maintains an exclusive focus on interest-income generating South African listed property stocks, specifically Property Unit Trusts (PUTs) and Property Loan Stocks (PLSs). The aim is to achieve superior returns through Provest's indepth research capabilities, and the ability to source lines of stock at attractive prices and to identify value opportunities relative to the sector. The fund is committed to offering investors top quartile, long-term performance, outperforming its benchmark and producing returns that exceed expectations.
