3. Our regulatory compliance function is headed by an experienced CA (SA), the majority of our nominee company's board of directors are independent businessmen with relevant experience and we have adequate insurance cover in place.
4. We have been in business since 1999 and have been regulated by the FSB and its predecessors throughout this period without any material adverse comment.
5. We represent every unit trust and management company in South Africa and have long-established relationships with all of these entities.
6. We have over 3000 satisfied investors and approximately R1.0 billion under administration and management, including funds from large investment institutions.
7. We are self-financed and do not borrow money.
